Refunds/Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations

Our goal is to bring the magic of Christmas to children, parents and grandparents. However, Santa Stamped will cancel your order if notice is received prior to the letter being printed and mailed. Cancellation notices for letters and packages should be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us using the form on the Contact link page to cancel your order. Please remember that the month of December is a very busy month and letters are printed and shipped usually within 24 hours.

 Refunds

If Santa Stamped makes a mistake on your letter, we will refund 100% of your letter order upon receipt of a copy of the current letter year. Due to the large amount of mail that USPS must process during the month of December, sometimes things do happen that are beyond our control. If you receive your letter or package after Christmas, we will refund 100% of your purchase. To receive a refund, return the entire unopened letter or package to us by January 15th.  Please use the contact form on our Contact page to let us know you will be returning the letter/package. Please include your order/transaction number and the reason you are requesting a refund.
